By accessing and placing an order with Jyoti Organic, you confirm that you are in agreement with and bound by the terms of service outlined below.

2. Products and Availability

We specialize in seasonal, farm-fresh produce (Shahi Litchis and Dudhia Malda Mangoes). Because our products are subject to seasonal harvesting in Bihar, availability is strictly limited. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products without notice.

3. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
• Payment must be made in full at the time of placing the order via our secure payment gateway.
• In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel orders placed at the incorrect price.

4. Liability Limitation

Jyoti Organic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or services, including delays in transit caused by unforeseen logistical issues.

5. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bihar/Karnataka.
