1. Shipping Coverage

We take immense pride in delivering farm-fresh fruits directly from our orchards in Bihar to your doorstep with care suitable for perishable produce.

• Delivery Zones: We currently prioritize serviceable delivery locations based on active coverage and courier feasibility.
• Seasonal Dispatch: Orders are packed according to orchard harvest timing so fruit reaches you as fresh as possible.
• Address Accuracy: Please provide a complete address, reachable phone number, and correct pincode to avoid spoilage-related delivery failure.

2. Processing & Dispatch

• Batch Dispatch Model: We club multiple orders together and dispatch them as a single batch. Delivery charges are shared across all orders in the batch, which keeps the shipping cost significantly lower for every customer compared to individual dispatch.
• Processing Time: Once enough orders are received to form a batch, we process and dispatch within 24–48 hours. You will be notified before your batch ships.
• Shipping Partner: We use trusted courier and logistics partners suited for time-sensitive fruit deliveries.
• Transit Time: Delivery timelines may vary by route, weather, and courier handling, but we always aim for the quickest safe transit window.

3. Tracking & Delivery

Once your order is dispatched, you may receive shipment confirmation or tracking updates when available. Someone should be available to receive the parcel at the delivery address because fresh fruit should not remain unattended for long.

4. Perishable Product Note

Because we deal in fresh, perishable agricultural produce, every order is handled against harvest timing and express dispatch windows.

• No Returns: Delivered fruit boxes cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Issue Reporting: If there is a genuine transit issue, contact us within 12 hours of delivery with clear photos of the package and fruit.
