• Delivery Zones: We currently prioritize serviceable delivery locations based on active coverage and courier feasibility.
• Seasonal Dispatch: Orders are packed according to orchard harvest timing so fruit reaches you as fresh as possible.
• Address Accuracy: Please provide a complete address, reachable phone number, and correct pincode to avoid spoilage-related delivery failure.

2. Processing & Dispatch

• Processing Time: Orders are generally processed and prepared within 24 to 48 hours of harvest, subject to batch availability.
• Shipping Partner: We use trusted courier and logistics partners suited for time-sensitive fruit deliveries.
• Transit Time: Delivery timelines may vary by route, weather, and courier handling, but we always aim for the quickest safe transit window.

3. Tracking & Delivery

Once your order is dispatched, you may receive shipment confirmation or tracking updates when available. Someone should be available to receive the parcel at the delivery address because fresh fruit should not remain unattended for long.

4. Perishable Product Note

Because we deal in fresh, perishable agricultural produce, every order is handled against harvest timing and express dispatch windows.

• No Returns: Delivered fruit boxes cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Issue Reporting: If there is a genuine transit issue, contact us within 12 hours of delivery with clear photos of the package and fruit.
